Missing Cats
Eight Ball (black with a white spot on his chest) and Ringo (white with orange stripes on his tail and ears with brilliant blue eyes) are missing from Bethany Creek South. If you see them please contact the Admin.

Lawn/Garden Violations
I’ve been contacted by Homeside Properties regarding the need for approximately 30 homes in the sub-division to pine straw their beds. If you think your property may be one of those 30 please go ahead and pine straw your beds now. Homeside will take a look around again at the end of the month and violation letters will go out at that time as necessary. Also please remember to treat your lawn for the pesky winter weeds.

!!! Crime Alert !!!
A vehicle at 1040 South Bethany was broken into on Saturday December 3rd. A GPS unit, sun glasses, and remote control for a Satellite Radio were stolen from the glove compartment. Remember to always lock your home and vehicles!
